The company provides engineering design, procurement support, construction management, field engineering, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up services for industrial projects.
Arvin Novin’s expertise is particularly focused on process units, instrumentation and control systems, technical procurement, double-wall cryogenic storage tanks, sulfur recovery units and LPG polishing units.
With a project-oriented approach, Arvin Novin supports clients, consultants, EPC contractors and operators by delivering practical, reliable and fit-for-purpose solutions aligned with project requirements, applicable standards, safety expectations, schedule and cost objectives.

Eng. Hamid Reza Etezad
Mr. Hamid Reza Etezad, CEO of Arvin Novin Farayand Pouya, is a seasoned executive and specialist in process engineering, industrial plant design, and projects across the oil, gas, petrochemical, and process industries.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering from Sharif University of Technology and a Master’s degree in Process Engineering from the University of Tehran.
With more than 25 years of professional experience in process engineering, plant design, interdisciplinary engineering coordination, and technical project management, Mr. Etezad has played a pivotal role in establishing Arvin Novin’s professional and project-driven approach.
Leveraging his technical engineering expertise, hands-on execution background, and deep understanding of industrial project requirements, he has steered Arvin Novin toward becoming a technically sound, reliable, and value-creating enterprise in engineering, procurement, execution support, and commissioning across the oil, gas, petrochemical, and process sectors.
His leadership philosophy is built upon technical rigor, professional commitment, proactive problem-solving, responsiveness to client needs, and fostering sustainable partnerships with clients, engineering consultants, EPC contractors, and domestic and international manufacturers.
Under his leadership, Arvin Novin focuses on delivering techno-economically viable solutions, mitigating engineering and procurement risks, selecting optimal equipment, maintaining effective manufacturer coordination, and providing robust operational support throughout the project lifecycle.
